  4. When done, please also email us a copy of your responsible travel policy or a link to it. If we have any questions or need more info, we will get in touch to discuss things further.

  5. When we approve your application you will get an email asking you to login and confirm your account type by making payment or putting the members logo on your site if you want free membership.
