The process is as quick, easy and applicable to all shapes and sizes of operation as possible. There are no right and wrong answers, just honest answers that reflect your operations.
Allow 15-20 minutes. This form cannot be saved so make sure have all details ready before you start.
In particular, you need:
- a 250 word about us statement
- a summary of your current sustainability practices. If you already have a written policy just attach that and save time. If you don't have one you can use our quick template to summarise what you are doing. This makes a document you can save and use again in future too.
- a few short bullet points to describe future actions planned towards sustainability.
