What an Experience

I would 100% recommend this project. The nature of this project allowed you to be physically involved in a sustainable scheme where you can step back and observe the difference that your time and efforts were making to the school. Not only does the project involve the "construction" aspect but you will also have time to spend with the kids, who are such beautiful kind children. I would say not to worry about feeling bored or isolated being on the same project all day every day if you are the only volunteer on this specific project. The Edge Staff will create a personal timetable for you so that you can spend the mornings at the school and spend the afternoons with other volunteers on other community based projects. I enjoyed my time the most when I was working with the Edge Staff or other volunteers and truely loved feeling like I was part of a team.
