Stay in one of three comfortable eco lodges set in a meadow where owls often hunt, or the cosy cottage with its woodburner. Explore Wheatland Farm’s 21 acres including nationally-recognised nature reserve, several ponds (one where you can fish) and woodland. We’d love to take you on a guided nature walk and explain how we manage the farm for wildlife. Borrow free bicycles and go to the neighbouring farm’s shop, or the traditional thatched pub in the nearest village. Car-free guests welcomed (we’ve researched day trips for you – to the heart of North Devon’s UNESCO Biosphere Reserve).

Wheatland Farm holds a Gold from the Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS - Gold) and a Gold from the Devon Wildlife Trust’s accreditation scheme. In 2010 we won Silver in the Visit Devon awards and Bronze at the south west regional tourism awards for sustainable tourism.
