Our trek takes us into the stunning Cederberg Wilderness Area, a land of incredible and colourful rock formations and natural beauty. We have the rare opportunity to experience a genuine wilderness; the beauty of crisp clean air, stunning scenery and crystal clear streams and pools – real tranquillity of nature. Our trek ends at the summit of the world-renowned Table Mountain, overlooking Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean.
This is a challenging and unique African experience ending in the fantastic city of Cape Town.
DAY 1: Depart London for Cape Town
DAY 2: Transfer north to Kromrivier in Cederberg Wilderness
DAY 3: Trek through conservation land to incredible sandstone rock formations and ancient rock art
DAY 4: Gradual climb to Maltese Cross rock monolith; trek downhill through beautiful valley
DAY 5: Uphill through magnificent narrow cliffs to huge natural arch; on through cedar trees
DAY 6: Steep climbs and descents via Uitsigkloof (1400m) and foot of Cederberg Pass
DAY 7: Trek to beautiful waterfalls; transfer to Cape Town
DAY 8: Trek up and over Table Mountain; stunning views of city and coast; descend through gorge
DAY 9: Free to explore highlights of Cape Town; transfer to airport and depart
DAY 10: Arrive London
