A challenging trek up through dense forest, heathland and high, barren rock, to Point Lenana (4985m), the trekking summit of Mt Kenya.

The summit of Mount Kenya rises to 5199m and dominates the rich green farmland of Kenya’s Central Highland region. Surrounded by dense forest, rich in African flora and fauna, the central volcanic plug can be summated only by skilled technical climbers. The hardy trekker can reach the third highest peak, Point Lenana at 4985m, and it is this challenging route that we shall attempt.

Our trek takes us across the entire mountain range and its numerous bio-diverse ecosystems. From lush vegetation to barren rock, Mt Kenya has it all and it will, quite simply, take your breath away.
