Our Snowdon Training Weekends are the perfect way to check your fitness progress, boost your confidence and motivation, and meet other people who are facing the same challenges as you, as you prepare for your big adventure.
We spend a strenuous weekend trekking in Snowdonia National Park, staying in a nearby hostel. Experienced Discover Adventure leaders will be on hand to advise you on clothing and equipment, and generally help you prepare for your challenge.
We recommend choosing a training weekend approx 3 – 6 months before your challenge.
Guide Itinerary:
DAY 1: Traverse the Glyderau, summit Glyder Fach; return to base
DAY 2: Trek Mount Snowdon; finish at Pen-y-Pass
