Want to enhance your surfing skills? Our yoga and surfing weekends in Cornwall will help you increase flexibility and strength, enhance balance and prevent injury. Allow the surf and yoga practice to get you up and stay up on as you surf Cornwall - the spiritual home of UK surfing.
Our Cornwall surf and yoga weekends offer you the opportunity to take 6 x 2 hour yoga sessions in the morning and evening and have fun surfing during the afternoons. After the yoga we will take you to Polzeath beach for your surf lessons or activities of choice. If you don't need surf lessons, check out the waves on our private beach or we can check the surf report to guide you to the best swell around the local Cornwall area.
If you fancy an alternative to surf and yoga, try kitesurfing, windsurfing, coasteering, waterskiing, wakeboarding or sailing. We can organise any of these activities.
Whichever one you choose, yoga weekends benefit your body and your mind and you will love surfing - you're guaranteed to go home hooked on yoga and surf water sports!
Arrival time 4pm on Friday and departure time 10am on Monday.
Itinerary
A typical day in Tregardock Farm
8am – Silent meditation walk to the beach
8.30 – 10.30am – Morning yoga practice
10.30am – Brunch served
11.30am – 5.30pm – Time for surf or do another activity*, walk, have a treatment, lie on the beach!
6pm – 8pm – Evening yoga practice
8.30pm – Dinner
*Activities including surf lessons, sailing, waterskiing etc need to be pre-booked.
