Come to Ibiza for Indian summer sun and throw in some diving to get your adventurous juices flowing, or get out on your windsurf or kitesurf to make the most of the beach. Lots of dive packages, trial sessions or courses so you can choose what you want to do. Enjoy yoga in the morning to refresh and invigorate and then the day is yours to give diving a go for the first time, or do either the PADI Scuba diver or open water course. If you are an experienced diver, check out the flora and fauna and magical and mysterious ship wrecks and after relax in the sun, read, sleep or explore the history of the area.
Yoga will be practiced at yogashala's eco-retreat centre. Experience the benefits that breathwork in yoga can bring to your experience as a diver. Allow the stretches to open up and release tension or strengthen areas that will enhance your performance on your windsurf and prevent injury.

11.30am – 5.30pm - Time for diving, sailing, windsurf/kitesurfing, swimming, exploring, chilling
