Escape Serra Verde Train Ride & Morretes 2D/1N
This train ride tour gathers the most visited tourism attractions in Parana State coastal area: the famous train ride throughout the splendid Serra do Mar (Mountain Range), local gastronomy of the charming little town of Morretes and the calm beaches and cozy environment of Ilha do Mel. In only two days it is possible to visit the centenary railroad, visit Morretes a colonial little town, surrounded by the green of the still preserved green of what´s reminiscent of the Atlantic Rain Forest and yet get a taste of “barreado” the Parana coastal area typical and famous dish. The train ride journey ends with a short boat ride to Ilha do Mel, known for its beautiful beaches, tranquility and green trails.
Day 1 – Curitiba/Morretes
Train Ride trough Atlantic Rainforest (economic section), arrival at Morretes Station, typical lunch at Morretes and walking tour at the historical center of the town with local guide. Transfer in private car to the pousada. Accomodation at the pousada of your choice including breakfast.
Day 2 – Morretes
Free day at Morretes to do activities of your choice. (Please revise optional activities list)
Return from Morretes to Curitiba by the historical Road of Graciosa.
