This four-day short break begins in Winchester and covers 102 miles of breathtaking mountain biking along the South Downs Way - the ridge and undulating countryside between Winchester and Eastbourne. Situated in one of the driest and warmest parts of the UK, we follow the ancient drover’s trails along the top of the South Downs to finish our mountain biking holiday at Beachy Head overlooking the English Channel.
Whilst not requiring technical expertise, a good level of biking fitness is required on this tour. As with all Skedaddle mountain biking holidays, we have the back up of our support vehicle throughout and included in the price are free train station collections and drop-offs. These mountain biking holidays are based to coincide with UK Bank Holidays and so we suggest you book early to make the most of your UK short break!!
