Explore the beautiful Croatian countryside at your own pace on this relaxed road cycling self guided holiday.
We book all your accommodation, transfer your luggage and then provide you with route notes and itinerary for you to do the trails ‘unguided’.
The riding here is ideal for the regular cyclist of a reasonable fitness, looking to explore a hidden corner of Europe.
Our start point for this circular self guided cycling holiday is the Istrian town of Klostar. Our route then leads us to Buje before heading to the most beautiful town in Istria, Motovun.
From here we continue to the "City of Truffles" Buzet. Next day we visit Lupoglav, then heading to Rabac the “Pearl of the Kvarner". We finish our cycling holiday crossing from east to west as we end in style with a ride from Rabac back to Klostar.
Day 1: Arrival in Istria, transfer to Klostar.
Day 2: Klostar to Bujstina - 48kms / 30 miles approx
Day 3: Buje to Motovun 50kms / 31 miles approx.
Day 4 : Motovun to Buzet - Total distance – 60kms / 37 miles.
Day 5 : Buzet to Lupoglav - 40kms / 25 miles approx.
Day 6 : Lupoglav to Rabac - approx. 56kms / 35 miles.
Day 7 : Rabac - Klostar - approx. 60kms / 37 miles.
Day 8 : Departure.
