Istria Coast to Coast Mountain Biking Holiday, Croatia, 8 Day
Our start point for this mountain biking holiday is the picturesque coastal town of Novigrad. This historic walled town was once an island before being connected to the mainland in the 18th century and has a long tradition of good food (especially the local olive oil) and warm welcomes.
Leaving Novigrad our mountain biking holiday heads inland through vineyards to the beautiful old capital of Istria, Pazin.
From Pazin we follow a trail through the very heart of Istria to Buzet (City of Truffles), and then on into the mountains. After taking a couple of days to explore the spectaular scenary we complete our coast to coast mountain biking holiday by heading down to the sea and the historical town of Lovran, our home for our final night.
