Come and join us for an Indian summer beach and yoga holiday in Ibiza. Throw in some windsurfing, kitesurfing or sailing to get your adventurous and energetic juices flowing. Enjoy yoga in the morning to awaken stiff muscles and warm up the body in preparation for the days watersports adventure. If you are a beginner, share lessons with a group or if you are more advanced, explore the many beaches that Ibiza has to offer. After windsurfing or kitesurfing, relax in the sun, read, sleep or explore the history of the area.
Yoga will be practiced at Yogashala, the beautiful yoga eco-retreat centre. Experience the benefits that the different postures in yoga can bring to your experience as a windsurfer or kitesurfer. Allow the stretches to open up and release tension or strengthen areas that will enhance your performance on your windsurf and prevent injury.
