Sustainability is already a central aspect of all our operations. There is little more we can realistically do at this moment, but are always open to ideas
Our Future Action Plan
- DONE! Collect rain water for non drinking use
- PROGRESSED! Name plate the big trees put signs in the trails
- Keep promoting sustainable tourism with locals, and to teach all our associates how to read and write
- We will like to be 100% solar powered lodge in the future.
- NEW 2011/12: Add a fish pond for local shrimp and fish. Bring in more volunteers.
- DONE! (SOLAR DRYER INSTALLED) Find a better way to do our laundry and sun dry it
- NEW 2011: An new nursery with 200 native plants
