Can't believe we were in England

Lying in a hammock among the trees in a heavy rainstorm (much more fun than it sounds!), it was easy to believe we really were in the tropics - rather than a peaceful and very beautiful corner of the Lakes. A world away from normal life, I learnt a lot but in a friendly laid-back way. Staying in the yurt was also a unique and romantic experience. I would highly recommend this trip.

Great company, venue and learning experience

A great way to learn a little about different expedition skills in a relaxed and friendly manner. Nice combination of luxury camping in the yurt at the start of the weekend and sleeping under the stars in the woods the next night.
