  Professional, safe, fun and affordable.

  IF your heading to Nepal, go and see GRG's. They are great at organising trips, not just rafting and kayaking. We had a great time on the river with them. Great fun and safe at the same time and the food incredible...a real surprise after a long day on the river! Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would have no worries recommending them to any one in the future.

  2 days Trisuli/ 1 day Bhote Kosi rafting.

  Fantastic! Really well organised from start to finish. We hadn't rafted before and aren't confident swimmers, so we were a little aprehensive, but everyone made us feel really safe throughout both our trips. Camping next to the river was amazing. After a hard days rafting we arrived at the beach to find all our tents already up and dinner was being cooked. Felt really looked after throughout the trip. We enjoyed the Trisuli rafting trip so much that we booked another days rafting with GRGs on the Bhote Khosi, which was another briliant day. Going back to Nepal next year and we will definitely be booking trips with GRGs again.

  Mountains, Whitewate and Kayaks - AMAZING!!

  I did a 4 day kayak clinic with GRG Adventures and I would go back with them in a heartbeat. Their guides were great at teaching us to kayak, even going down the rapids I felt 100% safe, knowing they were there to guide us down. it was also a great laugh hanging out with the local guides in their villages, around the campfires, you get to see a side of Nepal you wouldn't on the usual tourist trails.

  What a trip!

  I've used GRG on a few different occasions when I've been in Nepal and both times they've been excellent. The guides on the river are second to none... and they're pretty good cooks too! Whether it's a 10 day kayaking expedition on the Sun Kosi or you just want to escape the noise of Kathmandu for a few days, the guy will be able to sort something out for you.

  Best River trip EVER!

  I went on a Sun Kosi river trip with GRG's and had the greatest time. The river will be the same no matter which company you go with but these guys made our trip unforgettable. They also have much nicer and newer kayaks than many of the other companies. Safe, fun and good value, I have already booked a Karnali expedition and a trek with them next year!
