In accepting these terms, you are also accepting the general Terms of Use, which can be found as a link from the bottom of the website homepage. In the case of any dispute, neither document stands alone or carries authority over the other.
Submitting an online application to appear on the website and/or the submission of information to us by any other means signifies acceptance of these Terms of Business and General Terms of Use.
'Information' refers to copy for profiles, listings, newsletters, guides, blogs, advertising, shop, sponsorship and/or any other information provided by you to us.
For all suppliers, we agree to act as an advertising intermediary by providing space to feature your goods and services on the website. We do not sell or resell any of the goods or services displayed on the website, as we feel this is best done direct by you, who is the expert, and can ensure the goods or services are able to meet the requirements of the customer.
As such we do not act as an agent; we do not take money on your behalf or act as go between in any issues relating to a customer's experience. Suppliers of travel arrangements will be welcomed as members of muchbetteradventures.com when, at our sole discretion, we are satisfied they fulfil, and are committed to, our membership criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a supplier or their products from appearing on this website at any time. We will always try to give a reasonable explanation, but will not be obliged to do so.
The popularity of this site (and therefore the scale of benefit it can deliver to our members and suppliers) relies upon accurate, complete and up to date information. This in turn is reliant upon your adherence to a number of key responsibilities.
We aim to maintain a constant dialogue with our suppliers and resolve any issues promptly. If any suppliers are not fulfilling their obligations then this may result in their pages being removed from the site until any problems are rectified.
In submitting an application to join us you are confirming you feel your operations meet our criteria, including our sustainability criteria. At any time we will not hesitate to reject or suspend members who we feel do not meet our high standards.
In particular you confirm that;

Suppliers agree that it is their responsibility to submit information and check that all information is accurate, up to date, and complete. We reserve the right to request amendments, or remove any information that is not complete, accurate or up to date, and to take further action as deemed necessary to resolve such a situation.
All information submitted by the supplier must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice. Advertisements are accepted on the understanding that any descriptions of goods, services, stock etc. are accurate and comply with English law and the Trade Description Act 1968.
You warrant that you own or control all rights or have obtained copyright, moral rights and similar permissions, consents, waivers as are required for the display of logos and trademarks in copy provided to the publisher.
You warrant that no copyright or moral rights or any other rights of a similar nature now existent or hereinafter created will be infringed by the publisher publishing the copy provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure that images provided to us are an accurate representation of the product.

Upgraded membership fees, pay as you go fees and commission will apply to aspects of our service, as detailed on the site and in our correspondence with you. We reserve the right to alter the price at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and prices will always be clearly defined in relevant sections of the website.
Where a charge is applicable, we always ask to receive payment before we undertake to deliver the relevant service to you, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We agree to refund any money paid if we don't complete the service or upgrade as described and agreed to at the time of payment.
The terms of commission payments shall be agreed to on an individual basis with each supplier.
Where applicable, all invoices shall include value added tax at the prevailing rate.
You agree to indemnify us against all losses, damages, claims or expenses (including legal costs), which we may reasonably incur, on account of any claim by a third party arising directly or indirectly from the information provided by you for listings, advertising and/or sponsorship, or from the activities, mal-practice or negligence of you, the supplier. This may include, but is not limited to, claims that any information provided by you, the supplier, is in anyway misleading, inaccurate, libellous and/or offensive, and any action for breach of contract, and/or any tortious action.
If adherence to the requirements set out in these Terms of Business is not maintained then we reserve the right to remove your pages from the site and in this event no refund will be payable.
