Inside this beautiful flagship chalet you’ll find a cosy blend of traditional design and contemporary furniture. There’s 200-year-old wooden beams. comfy sofas, a fully stocked bar and a huge fire place for your group to enjoy as well as a separate kids den. This chalet sleeps 15 people in 5 bedrooms and there’s an additional garden annex sleeping an additional 6 guests.

The Food

All meals at this chalet are produced by Will, a highly talented, creative and professional chef using fresh, local produce. He takes pride in serving a mix of both local and international dishes.

Breakfast is a buffet style feast with orange juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, freshly baked pastries and bread, homemade preserves and local honey and endless cups of tea and coffee.

When you return from the slopes each day you’ll find freshly-baked cakes or biscuits for your group to enjoy.

Dinner each evening includes 3 sumptuous courses, served with quality wines and followed by coffee. If you wish, children can enjoy an earlier supper before settling down in front of a movie.

Your Hosts

This chalet is owned and operated by a local family who’ve spent 21 years perfecting their chalet business in Sainte Foy. They offer a personal service and attention to detail, and they’re happy to land you their local knowledge and experience to help you plan the perfect winter holiday.

Accommodation

Chalet Layout

This chalet spans 3 spacious floors. On the ground floor there’s an entrance hall and store room for your ski kit in addition to a family en-suite bedroom with a double and a single bed. There’s also an additional double en-suite on this floor.

Access to the garden annex is also via the ground floor. This extra accommodation includes 2 en-suite double bedrooms and a further en-suite twin room.

The chalet’s first floor is dedicated to social space. A large lounge area includes 2 different seating areas and access to the south facing balcony. There’s a well-stocked bar in this area and access to a further terrace with plenty of garden furniture.

The dining room is enclosed, offering a cosy, atmospheric experience each evening.

On the second floor is one double en-suite bedroom, a further family bedroom which includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds and a final family suite with one double bedroom and a separate bunk room. A roof-top lounge finishes things off nicely!

Location

This chalet’s position in the middle of everywhere gives you the most fantastic choice of winter sports resorts! Some guests choose to ski a different resort each day!

This chalet is 3km from the centre of Sainte Foy, where the nearest ski lifts/pistes are. Your hosts offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pistes.

You can drive to the Espace Killy in 20 minutes at Tignes Les Brévières and to the Les Arcs area in 15 minutes at Villaroger. La Rosière with its link to the Italian La Thuile, one of the few remaining heli-ski sites in Europe, is just 30 minutes away.

F.A.Q.

Does this resort work for families?

Your hosts have selected all of their properties to suit the needs of family groups. Across the resort, lift passes are free for children aged 7 and under, and they’re reduced for children until their 13th birthday. There’s also a well-equipped creche in the resort and excellent ski schools for little ones.

Does this chalet work for families?

Your hosts offer their own qualified nanny service for children aged 6 months and over. Nannies will collect children from ski school and entertain them with a range of age-appropriate activities. Evening babysitting services are available too.

What's available for non-skiers?

If you’re not skiing or snowboarding, you’ll be spoilt for choice in Sainte Foy. Show-shoeing, snow-biking, dog-sledding and ice climbing are all popular activities while shoppers will enjoy a stroll around the resort’s many shops and weekly market.
