The Food

This hotel has gained a reputation for having Michelin level food that you can eat every day. The menu is constantly being updated by the team of experienced chef’s. There’s a large emphasis on making as much home-made produce as possible.

There’s an onsite sommelier who is always on hand to match your dishes with the wines on offer.

There’s a selection of pastries and hot options served for breakfast, between 8 am and 10.30 am every morning.

For afternoon tea, expect a selection of exquisite afternoon cakes, baked daily using spelt flour, great for activating your body’s immune system.

For dinner, here’s a sample menu so you know what standard to expect. - Avocado and prawn roulade with yoghurt dressing and cayenne pepper for starter - Pan Fried Cod with Fennel Purée, Pickled Beetroot and Salt Cod Brandade Croquet for main - Champagne Granite and Fresh Strawberries for pre-dessert - Coconut Pannacotta with Mango Sorbet and Coriander Foam for dessert

The staff at this hotel are running a seriously tight ship. All of them are 5-star hotel trained and are professionals at delivering spotless service.

Included in the week package is the accompaniment of a professional ski guide who can show you all the best routes around the mountain. This really is the best way to get the most out of your trip as he knows lift shutting times and the best off-piste tracks. With this service, you can either opt for a beginner friendly level or a more advanced guide.


The Hotel Rooms

In total, there’re 8 ensuite double bedrooms. The rooms are all equipped with goose down pillows and a special range of orthopaedic beds.

You can expect a range of fluffy towels, complimentary slippers, mini espresso machine, and plush hygiene products. Every detail is considered.

The hotel has 3 large sitting room areas, 2 with crackling fireplaces, all with comfortable sofas.

There’s also a pampering area with a resident masseuse who can take care of your day’s aches and pains. Don’t forget about the sauna and the outdoor hot tub with views of the piste and surrounding alpine wilderness.

With a huge local range of pistes for all levels of skiers and direct access to the largest ski area in the world, Les Gets offers you a perfect day of skiing effortlessly.

The unique location opposite two lifts one of which is a six man chairlift, affords guests the ability to ski out in the mornings directly from the property into the Portes du Soleil ski area.

The hotel is opposite the last remaining family owned ski pomma lift in Les Gets.

The chalet offers a complimentary transport service which means you have a range of skiing choices for all levels of skier with tree lined pistes to give definition on misty days and a range of runs at every level.


Is the hotel child-friendly?

There are some specific weeks where this hotel is adult-only. Enquire about which weeks these are, but there will be some weeks where children will not be allowed. Alternatively, there are some specially allocated children’s weeks where the hotel invests extra staff, so the adults can get some extra ski-time, let alone peace and quiet.

Do you do separate children’s meals?

Yes, simply talk to your hosts and they can arrange all the suitable meals for you.

Can my dietary requirements be catered for?

If you let your hosts know what your dietary requirements are, they’ll be happy to do what they can to accommodate you. Fully kosher or halal options are not available, and a nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
