With all of our chalets we therefore include our “concierge service” to allow you to get the most out of your holiday. Our extensive local knowledge allows our concierge team to deliver a close to perfect mix of experiences, highlights and time-saving services.

Additionally our self-catered price includes: Bed linen and towels on arrival, all local taxes and charges, wifi, firewood, welcome pack, final cleaning, exclusive use of the chalet and its facilities.

Accommodation

In a building dating back to 1865, The Nest is a cosy wooden chalet that has been recently renovated to high specifications. The chalet is situated in the very centre of the old part of the village, a stone’s throw away from the main shopping street and just 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts.

Downstairs The Nest offers a neat open plan kitchen / dining room with a stone surround wood burning fire. The kitchen is well equipped with a high quality oven, steamer, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle & coffee machine. The dining room desk has a computer with Wi Fi which is available throughout the house. There is also a twin bedroom, bathroom, and a small utility room with washing / drying machine & ski cupboard.

Upstairs you will find a loft style living room with very comfortable English furniture (2 person sofa, 2 single armchairs & a footstool). French windows open onto the south facing balcony with superb Matterhorn views. A large top of the range TV with international satellite channels has the option to pipe radio stations to both bathrooms and the downstairs dining room; 5.1 surround system, a DVD player and CD player. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room with shower. This bedroom has its own outside door and stairs.

Best use has been made of the available space despite strict building regulations on this beautiful listed property, so the bathrooms are functional but small with showers in both and the internal stairs are very steep. There is however another outside staircase that runs up the side of the building. This apartment is not suitable for toddlers.
