The character and charm of this original 18th century farmhouse is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern living.

The Food

For your hosts, food is one of the most important aspects of any holiday and they know how warming and filling a meal is after a day on the slopes. Their head chef Charlotte has over 20 years experience in restaurants around the world and her menu has been influenced by this time.

On offer at breakfast you’ll find freshly baked bread and pasties, cereals, preserves, yoghurts and American pancakes. Also available are free-range eggs cooked to your preference and a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate.

When you return to your chalet each afternoon you’ll find a freshly baked cake, shortbread, brownies, cookies or scones to fill you up.

To end each day, your group will enjoy a 3 course meal with hearty dishes and complimentary wines. Meals are wholesome and satisfying.

Your Hosts

Russ and Lucy run this small, independent chalet company and they live in the mountains all year round. They are experienced in the art of catered ski holidays and they’re on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

Chalet Layout

This property includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area. This is where your meals and afternoon tea are created by your professional chef. You’ll start your day with a hearty breakfast and end with a delicious three course evening meal. The first floor location of the open plan living and dining area takes advantage of the natural light and alpine views. It’s the perfect place to relax, plan and share your day’s snow-inspired adventures by the cosy fire.

The expansive living area has comfy sofas, wood burning stove and a TV with all the main UK channels in addition to a home cinema.

Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the fifth is on the first floor. All have en-suite bathrooms with a hint of rusticity and modern stylish fittings.

If you’d prefer, children can either eat at the table with adults, or opt for a slightly earlier dinner.

Your chef Charlotte is well experienced in producing vegetarian dishes and also in catering for any special dietary requirements in your group. Just let your hosts know when you book.

How snow sure is the Paradiski?

The whole ski area is high-altitude, with more than 70% of the area above 2000 metres in altitude. There are 2 glaciers and extensive snow making facilities across the piste network so you can be sure of the best conditions at all times.
