The Snug

A friendly place ideal for you to chill-out at the end of a hard day’s skiing. This is a comfortable area to beat your fellow holiday makers in a board game or just simply snuggle up and enjoy a book or magazine from our small library. There is also a DVD player and tv for use by guests.

Outdoor Hot Tub

The popular tub features 36 hydro-therapy spa jets, foot massage , waterfall and light display. What more could you ask for at the end of a long hard day’s skiing?!

Ski & Boot Room

We know that dry boots are important each morning so there is the latest heated boot rack for your comfort. There is also plenty of dedicated space for you to store your ski equipment, store outdoor shoes and hang wet jackets.

For guest use, a set of Motorola Walkie Talkies with 10km range (line of sight) is available – ideal for keeping in touch if your group split up during the day. We also have a telephone for calling the UK for free – fair use policy applies!

Not to forget the first question we often get – we also have a strong wi-fi signal available throughout the chalet, plus if you require, we can provide a network cable and NetGear Powerline in your room. We also have a SONOS and Roku internet Tv.

This chalet offers easy access to the huge Portes du Soleil ski area via the gondola opposite or 8 other lift stations close-by.

A winter ski holiday here gives you an exciting new choice every day. You can take the cable car below the chalet up to Switzerland and join the huge expanse of the Portes du Soleil ski area, or head towards Chatel, Morzine, La Chapelle d’Abondance, Les Crosets, Champery and Avoriaz – there are far too many mixed ability pistes for just a week’s holiday!

Is there a ski bus stop close-by

No need for a bus stop as we take you to and from the ski lifts every morning and evening. If you do want to get the bus to town, just wander to the main road and there is a stop right next to the Fer Rouge pub or by the Tourist Info office.

How far are you from the village?

We are elevated above La Chapelle. Our road is a direct walk to the village. It takes about 10 minutes.
