Frequently Asked Questions back to top

Can my children dine earlier than us?

Absolutely, just let your hosts know and they’ll arrange for any children in your group to have their supper slightly earlier than adults. They can then entertain themselves on the games console while you enjoy a more relaxed evening meal.

What can non-skiers do in the Paradiski?

Ice climbing, speed flying, biathlon, bobsleigh, ski joering and dog sledding are just a few of the incredibly fun activities to keep your group entertained when you’re not on skis. Your hosts will be happy to offer you more information and help you make plans for these activities during your stay.

What isn't included?

Your travel to and from this chalet, including your flights and your airport transfers, aren’t included in these package prices. Other extras include lift passes, travel insurance and any ski lessons you’ll need.

A great place to stay with excellent hosts.

Great hosts, great food, comfortable chalet.

By Chris O'Connor on 14/03/2016 who travelled in March, 2016

Great, well equipped, spacious chalet, with excellent, v. friendly and attentive hosts. Our room had a large ensuite and comfy full width beds. Fabulous, interesting food. Something inventive and/or delicious every night. Even the traditional tartiflette being absolutely superb.

Peisy Plan is a good base to ski the Valandry/Peisey area with a wide range of good slopes not far away. The wooded runs are really beautiful. Access to La Plagne is easy but with the whole of the Les Arcs available you don't really need to go there.

The first lift (Lobster Pots) is about a eight minute walk from the chalet so use the option of the lockers for skis etc. at Noz Sports 200 metres down the road from the top of the lobster pots lift. Someone who is elderly, infirm or restricted might want to use the bus (limited service) or drive up, to get to the first lift. Able-bodied won't have a problem.

The chalet was amazing, totally exceeded expectations. The pistes were pretty easy to get to as well, with the hosts dropping us off in the mornings and we also had a car so that worked really well. Food was really great and so much care was taken with every meal. The location of the chalet is in such a peaceful area, you really felt like you were just having a lovely time away. This is our first time staying in a village below the main area of the resort; normally we stay right in the resort centres, and it was brilliant!

A great week staying at Chalet Bronziers. Lovely spacious Chalet with great open plan loft living space. The afternoon tea and fresh cakes very much appreciated by all, had to be careful not to spoil our appetites for the delicious evening meals.

By Guy Tetzner on 04/02/2016 who travelled in February, 2016

The chalet was perfect for our needs, plenty of bedrooms, a huge lounge/ dining area. We were fed and looked after by the wonderful chalet staff who cooked and served fabulous meals. They even cleared up afterwards, so much better than hotel accommodation and only a short walk to the lifts that take you up to the vast ski area.

By John Wilkinson on 16/01/2016 who travelled in January, 2016

The chalet converted from an old barn is spacious and comfortable with a rustic charm. Hosts Rebecca and Eric were helpful and charming. Food presentation at the evening meal was worthy of a top resturant.

By Harriet Duke on 07/01/2016 who travelled in January, 2016

Considering we were Eric and Rebecca's first official guests of the season they were fantastic. Like seasoned professionals. The food they cooked was delicious and varied. They catered well for the children and the few fussy adults! The chalet was clean and homely and they were great fun to spend time with. Please send them our best wishes and thank them for a wonderful stay! We had a blast!!

We loved staying at the chalet in Peisey. It was good to be in a small traditional French village and yet have the amenities of Les Arc and La Plagne so easily accessible. The skiing was fabulous. Chalet Les Bronziers had a cosy and welcoming feel which

It was our first experience of staying in a chalet for a skiing trip, having used hotels before. We'll be doing it again. The facilities were very good, we felt welcomed, the food was superb and it was a great place to wind down after a day on the slopes.

By Helen Robinson on 26/01/2015 who travelled in January, 2015

We had a wonderful stay at lovely Chalet Bronzier. It was very convenient for accessing both Les Arcs and La Plagnes valleys. Our hosts were lovely and the food was excellent throughout, especially the cakes!
