All pricing includes cleaning at the end of your stay. Winter season (December to April) prices include bedding and towels for 10 people. All beds made ready for your arrival. Summer (May to November) prices do not include cost of bedding & towels, this charged separately according to number of guests, your choice of beds will be made ready. Charged at Chf 25 per person (Chf 50 for a single person using a double bed). Electricity used is not included - the meter will be read on your arrival and again on departure and cost calculated accordingly. Approx Chf 160 per winter week, considerably less in the summer months! Tourist tax (currently Chf 2.50 per adult per night, Chf 1.25 for children aged 6 -16, younger children are free) is due on arrival. Discount vouchers provided for various restaurants, shops and facilities.


Chalet Martini is a large and spacious 5 bedroom chalet with 4 bathrooms and benefits from a sauna too. Situated above the village only 300m to the slopes and with the added advantage of a bus stop 75m from the chalet, getting out on the slopes is quick and easy. The chalet is just over 1km from La Tzoumaz village centre. This chalet accommodates 10 people in 5 bedrooms, and another 4 with the futon (sleeps 2) and 2 more supplementary beds on the mezzanine if required. The chalet is laid out over 3 floors with underfloor heating throughout: Ground Floor – Entrance hall, with long bench and shoe boot storage. Technical room with washing machine, tumble dryer, extra freezer, storage space. Double bedroom 1 – with en-suite shower room. Fitted wardrobes. Double glass doors to outside. Double bedroom 2 – with en-suite shower room. Fitted wardrobes. Double glass doors to outside. Double bedroom 3 – with cupboard and drawers for clothes storage. Double glass doors to outside. Double bedroom 4 – with wardrobe for clothes storage. Double glass doors to outside. All of the beds are furnished with 2 single duvets Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and wash hand basin Sauna First Floor – Here is the welcoming living space of the chalet, with a beautiful beamed double height ceiling. 3 large leather sofas to sink into after your day on the mountain, a large TV with a full range of channels including radio, from around the world via Swisscom TV with the possibility to record and watch programmes later. Free WIFI. Extensive 270 degree views from the ‘walls’ of windows. The kitchen has all the essentials for a self catered holiday: dishwasher, oven, halogen hob, microwave, full size fridge, toaster, nespresso capsule coffee machine, slow cooker. The dining table easily seats 10 people, with lovely leather chairs. Separate cloakroom WC and wash hand basin Mezzanine floor – On the mezzanine floor is the 5th double bedroom, with full height ceiling and windows. Separate bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin The other side of the mezzanine is open to the living/dining area and is furnished with a futon and TV/DVD. Although not full height ceiling this area is perfect for children’s use and there are 2 further extra beds, thus sleeping up to 14 guests. Outside – The terrace wraps around the front and sides of the chalet, with the garden extending right around the chalet. For your summer holidays benefit from the sun loungers, chairs and table; BBQ; lawn for badminton and other games. 2 parking spaces.


300m from the piste and great apres ski bar! 75m to the free bus stop (will take you up to the pistes and bar) or down to the resort centre. Fabulous views across the Rhone valley to the Bernoise Alps beyond.
