A ski-in, ski-out chalet in a modern style with a sauna and offering a superior standard of accommodation and incredible views across the valley.

Chalet Laperin (formerly Chalet Louise) is situated at the foot of the children’s nursery slope and sledging slope just a 50-metre walk from the nursery slope and ski school, so is virtually ski in / ski out. It offers a superior standard of accommodation and has spectacular views across the Tarentaise valley to the Aiguille Rouge and Mont Pourri mountains. It is undergoing major renovation work in summer 2018 to create 4 ensuite bedrooms, family bathroom, a new kitchen and new soft furnishings throughout.

Sleeping up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms over 4 floors, this chalet is situated at the foot of the children’s nursery slope and you can ski right to the front door. There’s some great facilities on offer including a sauna, log fire heated boot room.

The Food

Breakfast is a generous buffet-style affair with orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, freshly baked croissants, bread, jams, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

When you return from skiing, tea will be laid out ready for you to help yourselves, including freshly baked cake or biscuits.

An early 3 course children’s supper can be served for younger children. Dinner will be 3 courses, including a starter, main course and dessert or a selection of local cheeses, served with quality A.O.C. house wines and followed by coffee.

Your Hosts

This chalet is owned and operated by a local family who’ve spent 21 years perfecting their chalet business in Sainte Foy. They offer a personal service and attention to detail, and they’re happy to land you their local knowledge and experience to help you plan the perfect winter holiday.

Your chalet staff are carefully chosen for their outgoing personalities, experience and maturity, but especially for their cooking skills so you can be assured of excellent service throughout your stay.


Chalet Layout

The 130m2 accommodation for up to 10 people is on 4 floors comprising: Lower Floor Master bedroom with king size bed (180 x 200cms) and ensuite shower with shower, washbasin and WC Bedroom with 2 built-in adult-sized bunk beds and ensuite shower with shower, wash basin and WC Sauna

Middle floor

2 twin ensuite bedrooms each with ensuite shower with shower, wash basin, WC Family bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer

Entrance Floor Large, open-plan, sunny sitting/dining room, with comfortable sofas, floor to ceiling windows opening onto the large balcony and offering stunning views of the valley and surrounding peaks. The fire place and underfloor heating make it really cosy on cold nights. TV with UK Freeview channels, DVD player, FREE wifi internet access. Mezzanine Double sofa bed and TV with Playstation (games not provided) making it ideal as a kid’s chill-out room or extra sleeping area.

Laperin is deemed to have the equivalent features of a 4 star tourist classification.

Does this resort work for families?

Your hosts have selected all of their properties to suit the needs of family groups. Across the resort, lift passes are free for children aged 5 and under, and they’re reduced for children until their 13th birthday. There’s also a well-equipped creche in the resort and excellent ski schools for little ones.

Does this chalet work for families?

Your hosts offer their own qualified nanny service for children aged 6 months and over. Nannies will collect children from ski school and entertain them with a range of age-appropriate activities. Evening babysitting services are available too.

What’s available for non-skiers?

If you’re not skiing or snowboarding, you’ll be spoilt for choice in Sainte Foy. Show-shoeing, snow-biking, dog-sledding and ice climbing are all popular activities while shoppers will enjoy a stroll around the resort’s many shops and weekly market.
