Accommodation

The chalet is situated approx 1.2km by road from the old centre of Morzine (where the supermarket, post office and several bars and restaurants are situated) and it is possible to walk in to town in 10 minutes, taking a short cut opposite the chalet. This well-equipped chalet has a garage at ground level (great for secure mountain bike storage) and also a utility / ski room with washing machine. On the main floor is the open-plan lounge and kitchen / dining area, with a wood burning stove. Double doors open out onto a wide sunny balcony equipped with outdoor dining furniture and charcoal BBQ. In the lounge there is a double sofabed plus a couple of armchairs, and dining table seating 8. On the upper floors are the 3 bedrooms (1 large king-size double with balcony, 2 twin rooms), a bathroom with WC and overhead shower, and a separate WC with handbasin. In the winter season: The “D” bus stops 80m from the front door (for getting to the centre of town and to the Pleney slopes) and the “A” bus stops 150m down the road (for getting to the Avoriaz cable car at Les Prodains and also to Morzine centre, every 10 mins). Les Berots has a sunny position on the south-facing side of the valley, right at the bottom of the main road which links Morzine to Avoriaz. This chalet is suitable for short stays and we can be flexible with arrival and departure dates, winter and summer.
