F.A.Q.

Can my dietary requirements be catered for?

If you let your hosts know what your dietary requirements are, they’ll be happy to do what they can to accommodate you. Fully vegan, kosher or halal options are not available, and a nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Do you do separate children’s meals?

There will only be one option for dinner, but if you let your hosts know what your child’s tastes or requirements are, they will do their best to provide something suitable.

What should we do on the chalet day off?

The chalet is very close to the Bankso town centre, so you can sample some of the local restaurants and bars. Of course, the cooking facilities at the chalet can be used.

Will proximity to the snowpark be annoying?

The snowpark pumps music up until around 9 pm in the evening. It is floodlit and attracts snowboarders and skiers from the local area. Normally customers find this to be an attractive spectacle, but if your bedtime is before 9 pm, this chalet may not be for you.
