Here at Premiere Velo we think that the time off the bike is pretty important too and we especially cater for this on our centre based cycle experience weeks as well as our self guided options.

Each of our luxury 5 star chalets sleeps up to 16 in large ensuite rooms that can be made up as twins or doubles, each of which have a tv, iPod dock & WiFi internet. The majority also have private balconies You will also be well looked after with your own chef, host and sports therapist on hand to provide you with everything you need to have a great holiday.

Your accommodation also includes a large dining area and open plan living area. There’s also balcony hot-tub, private spa with sauna, hammam & treatment room & access to a private gym with Wattbike.

Our main base is in Sainte Foy Tarentaise, a beautiful mountain village located in the heart of Tarentaise valley ie northern French Alps, and close to the Italian border.

We are blessed with epic road riding on all sides, the local cols (Petit St Bernard, Iseran, Cormet de Roselend, Madeleine) are all begging for your attention, and they’re right on our doorstep… In fact with over 100 cols in the Savoie region there is no shortage of climbs and descents! Interestingly the Tour de France has utilised 41 different climbs in our local area.

But it’s not just epic cols… Newbies, families or those taking it easy (perhaps in preparation for bigger rides) will love the local car free cycle paths, or the beautiful Versant Soleil with its stunning views across the valleys, there’s also a host of smaller local rides to keep the legs spinning..
