Service

Our guests can arrive any time of the week and any time of the day (or night): we have no fixed transfer days, and we will collect you from Chambery, Geneva, Lyon or Grenoble airports in one of a fleet of private people carriers. We can also collect you from Bourg St Maurice station if you choose the train, just 20 minutes from our chalets.

Cycling We offer specialised cycling holidays in the French Alps, where you can experience the same roads and Cols the Tour du France have used for the past 100 years, at your own pace.

Our guided routes cater to all abilities and levels of experience, and we provide a support vehicle that is always available to carry extra kit and help with punctures and flats. Half way through each day of you ride, we make a dedicated lunch stop, at selected restaurants, allowing you to catch your breath and take in the beautiful alpine scenery.

Nutritious, Healthy Eating: We are proud to have on hand our own Chef who is there to provide a cycling-specific menu for you throughout your stay. The aim is to ensure your energy levels are balanced, you get a well balanced diet and there is enough food for you all.

Transfers

Airport transfers from Geneva, Chambery, Lyon and Grenoble start from as little as £99pp and are subject to a minimum transfer charge of £250 one way.

Childcare

Our qualified nannies will keep a record of what the children have done each day, their favourite activities, how well they ate their lunch and healthy snacks, and whenever possible the childcare team will take a few photos so you and the children have a record of family ski holiday fun. The childcare team have mobile phones so you can check in from time-to-time if you would like to see how the young ones are doing, whilst you are out on the slopes.

But it’s not just children, we are also baby friendly and are very happy to help you organise a baby friendly ski holiday, which at first can seem a little daunting. We have in-chalet childcare services available where our nannies can base care around your own accommodation and skiing or use the facilities of our crèche if that is more suitable for the activities of the day.

We can cover all your childcare, feel free to ask about the service and prices we offer.

Accommodation

This private chalet is one of the largest in Sainte Foy and it boasts the best facilities. Chalet Sapins (the fir tree) is a luxury alpine lodge built in the local Savoyard architectural style, with traditional pitched roof, large wooden balconies and natural stone fireplace giving it that sought after ‘chocolate box’ ambiance . What’s more is the private Venture Ski spa facilities are located on the ground floor of this magnificent ten bedroom accommodation.
