Everything is taken care of for you, from top-of-the-range bike hire, on-the-road vehicle support and mechanical assistance, to bag transfers and amazing overnight accommodation. Simply hop on a plane and you’re good to go!

Day 1 - Friday. Arrive and ride.

Cura and Sant Salvador Monasteris and Port Pollensa - 80-120km

  • Grab an early morning flight to Palma.
  • Pick up at Airport before 11am, your local guide will meet you with your bikes and drive to Santa Maria or Algaida for the start of the first ride.
  • Your first morning’s ride will be a flat, chilled cycle of around 80-120 km through the centre of the island to soak in the sun and get the legs turning.
  • Lunch stop in Aucanada at a seaside restaurant.
  • The afternoon’s ride can feature the famous climbs to Cura and/or Sant Salvador Monasteries, depending on fitness levels.

Day 2 - Saturday. Ride.

Sa Calobra and Port de Soller - 85-95km with 2200m of climb

  • An early start today, we head towards Campanet and Caimari at the bottom of the Col de Sa Batalla (7.8 Km @ 6%), one of the greatest climbs on the island.
  • From there we continue to the famous Sa Calobra. We’ll try to get out of there before 11.30am and then keep going up to the Puigmajor, along the Cubre and Gorg Blau Reservoirs and down to Port de Soller, a killer ride.

Day 3 - Sunday. Ride and head home.

South West Coast to Sant Elm - 70km with 1600m of climbing

  • Today is one for the views. We’ve got a super ride along the coast - passing through the stunning mountain villages of Deia, Valldemossa, Banyalbufar and Estellencs, with spectacular vistas of the dramatic coast and cliffs that plunge into the Med the whole way.
  • We’ll travel all the way to the South-Western tip of the island - Sant Elm - for a final lunch, before pick up and transfer to Can Pastilla, where we’ll arrange a few rooms for you to shower and get changed before your flight back home.
  • Return flights are flexible and range from 5.45pm to late in the evening. So you can choose to head home to rest those weary legs or soak up some final Mallorca sun.

You’ll be based in luxury hotels in the ideal locations.

The first night is in La Goleta in Hotel de Mar, located in a prime spot on a pedestrianised street, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Nestling at the foot of the Tramuntana range, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, Pollensa is one of the island’s most picturesque areas. Many and varied are the cycling trails in Puerto Pollensa that start from the area around our hotel.

At La Goleta - Hotel de Mar you’ll find a parking facility for up to 25 bikes, with individual lock-up to keep your bicycle safe for your own peace of mind. At the hotel, you’ll also find a bicycle washing station, a bicycle repair shop and a laundry service for sweaty cycling kit.

Saturday night is in Esplendido Hotel in Port de Soller.

Set on the beach and with a mountain backdrop, this chic hotel is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the saddle.

Featuring quilted headboards and natural colours, the upscale rooms and suites come with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Most have balconies, some with sea views. There’s a complimentary breakfast buffet, plus a bar, a restaurant, and a garden. Other amenities include a private beach, an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a spa, and a fitness room

On Sunday afternoon we’ll arrange one room for every two people in Can Pastilla to have a shower and unwind before heading back to the airport to catch flights home.

Mallorca needs no introduction for cyclists - it is the favoured training spot for pro-riders for a reason. Featuring the iconic Sa Calobra climb and other unforgettable ascents such as the Col de Sa Batalla, this will be a weekend to remember, full of mountain-top monasteries, beach-side lunch stops and some of the best cycling roads in the world.

How fit do I need to be?

This trip is designed for keen cyclists looking to escape the UK weather and smash some of cycling’s most iconic climbs. A good level of cycling fitness is required to complete the example itinerary (80-120km/day), however, this trip can be varied and can easily accommodate beginner cyclists in private groups willing to push themselves.

How many people in a group?

On the pre-set shared group trips there is a minimum group size of 3 people, and will be a maximum of 8 other cyclists. There is vehicle and mechanical support on the ride, and you may all ride together. Route maps and guidance will be provided to allow you to ride at your own pace if you prefer.

Can I come on my own?

Yep, anyone over 18 years old can come alone. You may be sharing a room with another solo traveller. If you want a room all to yourself, there may be a single supplement to pay.

What happens if there aren't enough cyclists?

Most trips sell out fast, but in the unlikely event there aren’t enough riders to make up a group of 3, the trip may not go ahead. We will give you the option to pay more to ensure the trip goes ahead, offer alternative dates, or offer a full refund.

What bikes do you provide?

Bikes included is a quality 2016 Specialized Tarmac with Ultegra Di2 11 speed, or similar depending on availability. Other bikes available with extra charges: 2015 Colnago C60 with Campagnolo Super Record mechanic components (100 euros extra), 2016 Colnago V1-r with Ultegra Di2 11 peed (60 euros extra)

Can I bring my own bike?

Sure thing! You’ll need to organise this with your airline. Let us know during booking and we may even be able to knock something off the price :)

What’s the weather like?

Mallorca is the go-to winter destination for the cycling world’s top stars as it enjoys warm, clear weather all year round. Temperatures can get a bit hot during the peak summer months of June, July and August so it’s recommended to visit Mallorca during the more pleasant Winter Autumn and Spring months.

What are the roads like?

Mallorca is a cycling Mecca, and as such the roads here are superbly well maintained. This trip is designed to explore the very best routes that Mallorca has to offer so you can rest assured no potholes will ruin your weekend!

Which flights should I book?

In order to get a full day’s riding in on Friday, we recommend that you book an early morning flight on Friday that arrives in Palma before 11am, and return on any of the evening flights on the Sunday.
