What is included in your chalet/apartment:

  • On arrival each chalet will have a welcome pack consisting of a sponge, cloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, 1 toilet roll per toilet and a bin bag in each bin.
  • Linen is included in most chalets in winter but please be sure to check the exact details of the chalet/apartment you are booking. Linen is not included in the summer but can be hired from reception or provided by yourself.
  • The same applies to cleaning in winter so please be sure to check whether this is included in the price of your chalet/apartment. Again in summer you can choose to clean yourselves or pay PVR to clean the chalet.
  • All chalets/apartments have a television but it depends on the chalet/apartment whether it is French, Dutch or English TV so please check the chalet description.
  • Most chalets have a DVD player so if you want to bring your own DVD’s then please do so.
  • Most chalets/apartments have Wi-Fi connection but please check the chalet details to confirm.

Things you will need to provide in the chalet/apartment:

  • If you are having a self catered chalet these are the things we suggest you will need to provide:
  • Linen (if not provided, see chalet description) - can be hired from PVR
  • Towels - can be hired from PVR
  • Tea towels - can be hired from PVR
  • Baby beds/chairs - can be hired from PVR
  • Wood for fire - can be bought from PVR
  • Toilet rolls
  • Bin bags
  • Cleaning products
  • Some chalets will have some supplies of spices, tea, coffee etc from previous guests but this is not guaranteed and you will need to provide your own.
  • Please remember that if you are arriving after 19hrs on a Sat the local supermarket will be closed so please make sure you have considered how you will get your supplies for the first night in resort.


The chalet boasts a Wellness area, including a sauna and spa bath. There is a double height living room with 3 sofa’s, 2 arm chairs and log fire. The dining table seats 16 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped. The large balcony and terrace area runs the whole length of the chalet and has doors leading from both the living area and dining area. The master bedroom, leading off the lounge area, has its own en-suite with bath, shower and toilet. The upstairs mezzanine area overlooks the lounge, giving another seating area with smaller dining table, chairs and a sofa that is also a double sofa bed. There is also another balcony leading from the mezzanine looking back up the mountain towards the piste, as well as a double bedroom and separate shower room with toilet. Downstairs you will find a quirky double bunkroom, great for kids, along with a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. Large ski lockers at the entrance allow for secure storage of all equipment and a separate toilet.


There is a great slope at the back of the chalet, perfect for tobogganing, building snowmen and generally having fun for all ages!
