Frequently Asked Questions back to top

Can my hosts cater to my dietary requirements?

Absolutely. There’s a comprehensive list of vegetarian alternatives for each course and your chef will be able to adapt or replace any dishes if there are allergies or intolerances in your group.

What facilities are available for children?

Subject to availability, highchairs and cots are available and there’s no charge for children aged under 2 years old.

What if I don’t want to ski?

Whilst it’s fair to say that skiing and snowboarding are by far the most popular activities in Tignes, the resort also offers a number of off-slope activities. You can try diving under the ice of Le Lac, ice driving, skidooing and husky mooshing, or simply explore the shops, bars and restaurants of this high altitude resort at a more leisurely pace.

What should we do for dinner on the chalet night off?

Your hosts will recommend tried and tested local restaurants for you to try on their 1 night off during your holiday. This is a great way for you to experience one of Tignes’ great traditional restaurants, or enjoy an extended apres-ski session.

What transfers are included?

Return airport transfers from and to Geneva airport are included within this holiday package. If you’re flying to an alternative airport, please get in touch for a transfer quote.
