Bar is a coastal city and the largest port in Montenegro. It is surrounded by numerous mountains, the largest of which is Rumia, located at an altitude of 1,595 m. From the preserved remains of the walls and fortress, you can see a wonderful view of the whole city and its surrounding area.

Skadar Lake - also called Lake Scutari, Lake Shkodër and Lake Shkodra - lies on the border between Albania and Montenegro and is the largest lake in southern Europe. The Skadar Lake National Park is dominated by aquatic and wetland ecosystems which provides the ideal conditions for bird life, making it a hotspot for birdwatchers all around Europe. Skadar Lake is also crypt-depression, which means that some of its parts are lower than sea level.
