What to Expect

30-minute drive

Saturday: Canyoning on Cetina River

This morning you’ll head off to Cetina River for a day packed with canyoning activities.

As you descend into the canyon the sound of the river grows louder and you know you’re in for some fun. Having been flowing for thousands of years, the Cetina river bed is a maze of mystical shapes that make for some awesome rapids.

You’ll be in awe of the untouched beauty of this canyon that is yours for the day to swim, jump and hike your way through. Explore its hidden tunnels and swim under the highest waterfall – the 50m high Gubavica. Surrounded by cliffs up to 180m high, you might even try your hand at cliff jumping. Your guide will be with you every step of the way, with wetsuits, life vests and helmets at the ready for you to make the most of it.

In the afternoon, there’s just enough time for a zip-line adrenaline rush; hanging 150m above the canyon you can fly at speeds of up to 65km/h. The views are incredible; a real bird’s eye experience of some of the most magnificent nature in Croatia.

With little feeling left in your legs, you’ll be taken back to your accommodation in Split for some R and R.

45-minute drive to canyon

Sunday: Snorkelling on Čiovo Island

This morning you will be taken to Čiovo Island for snorkelling in the turquoise Adriatic Sea.

On arrival, you will be met by your experienced snorkel guide who will give you a quick briefing and all the gear you need. Your guide will then take you out to explore the underwater world and marvel at its inhabitants.

In the afternoon, you’ll head back to Split in preparation for your flight home. Depending on the flight you have chosen, you may have some free time to explore Split; admire some Meštrović sculptures, or perhaps find a café to simply sit, rest, and watch the world go by in a beautiful setting.

Your host will transfer you back to the airport in time for your flight home.
