Need To Know

The goal for each race is to fundraise £250k which will go directly to the local projects identified, in partnership with the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development. This race focusses on issues particularly pertinent in Nepal - gender equality and quality education.

While there is no minimum, runners are asked to target raising £1246.10 (73.3km x 17 Global Goals), to go their choice of partner charity. You’ll be visiting the projects you’ve fundraised for and getting fully involved while you are there too.

In Nepal, the four partners are Childreach Nepal, Cerebral Palsy Nepal, Maiti Nepal and Burns Violence Survivors.

Once you’ve signed up for the race you’ll set up your fundraising page and choose the project that means the most to you. Although we don’t set a minimum fundraising target, we do ask everyone to aim for at least £1246.10 (73.3km x 17 Global Goals). The more we raise, the more impact.

Our group will be around the 40. Big enough to feel a part of a community, small enough that you will get to know everyone through the week.

The following are not included in the trip price: - Flights - Travel Insurance
- Alcohol, soft drinks and incidentals - Additional fundraising

Sure can! A lot of people do, and it’s a great way to meet like-minded people. You will go home having made new friends from all over the world.

Yes, children from the age of 8 are welcome to join this trip.

You will need to fly in and out of Kathmandu Airport. Once you have booked on your host will be able to advise on the best flight times.
