Flexible date changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking 60 days or more before departure you can make flexible date changes, subject to availability.

Financial protection

If your trip needs to be cancelled for any reason, like say, a global pandemic, you won't be left stuck, you will be offered plenty of alternative options to get you out there. Good to know. What's more, in the very unlikely event the supplier of your adventure goes under, you’ll get your money back and be repatriated if you were on a trip at the time. Phew.

Secure online payments

All bookings can be made online with Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. We use Stripe, a payment platform which is certified to the highest industry security standards, to handle all our online payments.

25% Deposits

We’re well aware that our adventures can be a significant investment so we’ve set out to make it easy to afford. To that end, we offer you the option to pay a 25% deposit now to secure your spot and then spread the cost with as many payments as you need after that.

Pay in installments, interest free

Some companies charge more to customers who aren’t comfortable paying upfront for exactly the same thing. We’re not about that. Once you’ve put down your deposit, you can pay the remaining balance off in installments as little as £5, as and when you see fit, with no extra charges. Just as it should be.

No random booking fees

The price you see for the listed inclusions is the price you pay, with no surprise service or admin charges on top.

We don't hide information anywhere; all the latest info, prices, reviews, dates and availability are viewable online, so you can book round-the-clock, 24/7, without waiting on us. Also, unlike others in our industry, we never display dummy dates or offer anyone the option to hold spots before they book.

All of our adventures are unique, active, multi-day experiences run by expert local guides and tour operators. We heavily vet them all to ensure they have a great reputation, intimate local knowledge and carry all the required certifications to deliver their trips safely and securely at all times.

You’ll often find trips are lower priced here than through mainstream travel agents and tour operators. While we’ll never scrimp on the important stuff - like a great guide - we and our hosts believe adventures should be affordable and accessible and we ensure that is the case by cutting out the usual middlemen.

No surcharge guarantee

Sometimes our prices change due to exchange rate fluctuations or inflation, but the price you lock in when you book with your deposit is the price you pay, regardless of how you choose to pay.
