Exceeded expectations

I had the best time hiking and kayaking in beautiful Norway 🇳🇴. The fjords are absolutely stunning and the hike, although challenging, was an incredible experience. Jonny was an excellent guide, everything was so well organised and all of the food provided was amazing. I highly recommend this trip!

Unforgettable Trip!

If you are debating whether to go on this trip, just do it, you won’t regret it! Had such a magical and unforgettable weekend in the Fjords. Everything was taken care for us, our guide Jonny, was amazing and really looked after us. Everything ran so smoothly, could not fault a thing!! Kayaking through the fjords was beautiful way to see them and just a really cool, peaceful place! Would love to go back again.

Amazing trip!

A truly fabulous trip which exceeded my expectations. The organisation was brilliant, food was fantastic, our guide Megan was awesome and the group dynamic was really lovely. Blown away by the scenery. If you are just toying with the idea of booking, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. I’m looking at booking my next adventure soon!

Incredible adventure!

The most incredible experience!

Everything ran so smoothly, our guide was absolutely amazing really brought the group together and we had a great laugh, very knowledgeable! The kayaking and the views were just breathtaking, really chilled with plenty of stops, we never went hungry the picnics and evening food were very filling and kept you going! The hike was amazing it was tough due to the snow but the views made it all worth it, something you wouldn’t have done without your amazing guide! Our group was amazing i travelled with two friends but this would be perfect if travelling solo! we all had a great laugh and I think that really put the cherry on top of the whole trip, made some great friends!

Trip of a lifetime!

You will NOT be disappointed. This is an incredible experience. Our guide was amazing and helped us feel at ease the entire time. The meals were great and the campsite is stunning. I'm an avid hiker so found the kayaking portion to be harder. Just be sure when prepping/packing to make sure EVERYTHING (down to your hiking boots) is waterproof!

Amazing canoe/hike in the Fjords.

Brilliant trip, so much fun and very well organised. Canoeing was great and the hike was excellent, especially trekking through the snow. Our guide Megan was fantastic too; knowledable, energetic and a great cook too.

The adventure has delivered. The views were breathtaking, the agenda packed but not too much - just enough to disconnect from the real world for three days and forget what day it is. The guide was great and the food delicious. Just an all-around awesome long weekend.

Kayak and Hike in the most beautiful Fjords

What an amazing experience I booked as a sole traveller and met a great group of people. Kayaking through the Fjords was unbelievable, the scenery was breathtaking you couldn't get enough of it. The Hike was a long day out but worth the views and seeing the Fjords emerge from the top was beautiful. Part of the hike was in snow shoes which was great fun. Benji was a brilliant guide he looked after us all and kept us well fed. The whole trip was very well organised from start to finish, don't hesitate and get booked up.

The fjords are just incredible. Even better to see them by kayak. There was plenty of good food and the guides provided enough comforts for it to be stress-free while still being adventuring in the wild. Did it as a couple but perfect for solo travel as well

Absolutely loved everything about this trip.

David from Nordic Ventures was a great guide. He was knowledgeable, fun, cooked up some great food, and put in work leading the trail through deep snow to get to the top.

The fjords were more beautiful than I could have imagined. There were waterfalls in every direction. The kayaking and hiking was just the right level of challenge but enjoyable.

Lastly, the group was a really fun. I knew 2 people going in but would have felt comfortable doing the trip as a solo traveler.

Amazing trip with a great guide

As someone who has done a lot of solo travel joining organised trips this one did not disappoint. It was an amazing trip, the hike was hard but well worth it and Benji, our awesome guide, built it the right amounts of stops and breaks for the group. All equipment for kayaking was available and a good standard and was simple enough even for people with no experience of kayaking. Food was good and plenty available including snacks and red wine ! The organisation and communication from booking to departure was faultless, except the mention of a pre departure what’s app group where the link didn’t work, but that would have been a nice to have and not really required as we set one up when we all met anyway. Would definitely recommend and will be booking another trip with MBA soon.

Damion H.(May 2024)
Fantastic trip

My first holiday trip with MBE and I was not disappointed, the views in Norway are exceptional, Benji our guide was amazing at showing us around the fjord, he shared knowledge and always kept us well fed, the weather was definitely on our side which made the experience 10x better I imagine, the hike was difficult in parts but it was a great balance between hiking and kayaking and there was always time for plenty of rests. I'd definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking about booking 😊
