Enter our Community Values. Here to help set the tone for each of our adventures, they form a shared code of respect, responsibility, and awareness. They make sure that your experience – and everyone else’s – is top-notch: safe, inclusive, and brilliantly unforgettable.

Before You Book
Take a moment to read the full trip details, delve into the difficulty rating, and check that the activity level, accommodation and style of travel feel right for you. These are real adventures, often in remote places, and being well-prepared is part of the fun.

Get Adventure Ready
Once you’re booked, it’s time to get trip-ready. These are group adventures, and how prepared you are – we’re talking kit, fitness, mindset – makes a big difference to everyone’s experience.
Use the kit list your guides have put together. It’s there for a reason: no skipping, no swapping. Oh, and maybe bring snacks. Lots of snacks.

Arrive with an Adventurous Spirit
Adventure travel means rolling with the unexpected – weather changes, plans shift. Accommodation might be a little more rustic than you’re used to. But that’s all part of it. Your guide is there to keep things safe and amazing, however everyone should be ready to pitch in to help make the trip a success.
Approach it all with flexibility and a sense of humour. After all, the best travel stories rarely start with “everything went exactly to plan…”

Our groups bring together people from all over the world – different countries, backgrounds, and life stories. That’s part of what makes a Much Better Adventure so special.
We aim to create a warm, welcoming group dynamic where everyone feels included. So bring your best self: be kind, be open, and share those snacks you brought along.
You’ll find that you leave with more than great memories – you might make new pals for life. We’ve even had the odd wedding!
Travel Thoughtfully
We care deeply about the places we visit – and we know you do too. That means:

- Supporting local guides, businesses, and hosts
- Being aware of your impact and helping protect the wild places we love
Speak Up, Take Responsibility
If something feels off – whether it’s a safety issue or someone’s behaviour – chat with your guide or host as soon as possible. Everyone’s wellbeing depends on mutual respect and communication.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who doesn’t stick to these values, breaks the law, or puts others at risk. No refunds will be offered for missed parts of a trip in these cases.
